.print Server Engine

The .print Server Engine software may be installed on any Windows server that fits the requirement specifications as defined in the corresponding manual. Every server on which a .print Engine is installed must have either
-
With server-based licensing: at least one valid .print Server Engine license, or
-
With user-based licensing: at least one valid .print Printserver Basic Pack license and a sufficient number of user licenses (named users).
If the .print Server Engine is run on a server which functions as a central print server for one or more terminal servers (server farm), with server-based licensing all terminal servers in the server farm which initiate .print print jobs in direct or indirect association with a terminal session and issues their print jobs via this print server must each have a valid Server Access license; these licenses are delivered with each .print Application Server Engine and to be installed on the central print server(s).
Update Services
In many countries, the purchase price of the license includes a 12-month update service, if the license has been registered (register at www.thinprint.com/cr). Before purchasing a product, please ask your dealer whether this service is included in his offer.
Either way, the update service can be purchased or extended at any time. If the update service for a particular license expires, the service can only be renewed after a reinstatement fee has been paid.

Upgrade to the 64 bit version
Server Engines that carry a valid Update Service can be updated to the 64 bit version at a preferential price. Ask your ThinPrint reseller for more details.
